I started to use an app on my
mobile phone, it's Samsung Health.

For now it's actually just for fun.
I don't have a smartwatch
or something like this.
If I like it I can think about buying one.
Let's see how it works.

Proud of me

I made it.
I was each day this week in the gym
and it was a lot of fun.
Now it takes just 8 times more,
until I was 50 times to training.

A good start in the morning

This week I was almost every day before work in the gym.
I also started today to drink a protein shake in the morning.
Maybe it has no big effect on my body,
but my well-being grows a lot.
I am still very proud of me.

I started four weeks ago with three times a week.
Now I am at six times.
Maybe next week I manage to go every single day.

Today I signed up to Amazon Prime.
It might not be a big deal,
but for me it's feels like a milestone.
I chose this because it comes
with a free Twitch subscription
that I can give to a streamer.
The videos and music are also a nice thing.

Sørup Is

Yesterday was the very first day that Sørup Is
opened for this season.
So they had this weekend an opening offer.
You get one ice ball for free.

I had three scoops of ice cream.

One with hazelnut, blackcurrant dream and liquorice.
It was a huge portion.
