Challenges 2026

I decided to do some challenges every month this year.

May
► High up. If possible, take the stairs instead of the elevator.

April
► Only eat out once a month.

March
► Sweets, snacks and soft drinks only on weekends or special events.


February
► Go on! Try to take 2,000 steps every day.
► Move on! Try to exercise once a week.

January
► Water march! Drink 1 - 2 liters water per day.
► Take a meal break! Eat for eight hours and take a 16 hour break.
